Dr. Gayam has been in pediatric practicing since 2000. She joined Kids Care Pediatrics in 2015. Clinical Interests include: Children with developmental delays, asthma, and obesity. She also enjoys reading.

Megha Patel, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who is dedicated to providing compassionate, family-centered care to children from infancy through adolescence. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, graduating cum laude. She completed her pediatric clinical training at Raynham Taunton Pediatrics, where she gained hands-on experience conducting well-child exams, developmental screenings, vaccinations, and managing childhood illnesses.

Since 2009, Priya Lad has dedicated her career to the health and well-being of children as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. A proud graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, Ms. Lad has extensive experience working with children in both office settings and school-based health systems. In addition to her clinical work, she imparts her knowledge and skills to the next generation of nurses as an educator.

Amy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in pediatric food allergies and family-centered nutrition. At Kids Care Pediatrics, she provides practical, evidence‑based guidance to help children grow confidently and safely. Amy partners closely with families on meal planning, allergen management, and creating inclusive environments at home, school, and in the community. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and running. She has completed eight marathons, more than ten half marathons, and loves participating in local road races—experiences that fuel her commitment to helping families build healthy, active lives.

Paul is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (License # 37FA00013200). He believes in working towards developing a more complete understanding of the family’s experiences through the exploration of their personal stories and history. In this way, ineffective solutions and behaviors can be explored and understood in such a way as to create a fertile ground for change.
